ثقافتي سفارتڪاري

ثقافتي سفارتڪاري ڪجهه اهڙين غيرسياسي ۽ سماجي سرگرمين کي جاري رکڻ جو عمل آهي، جن ذريعي ٻن تڪراري ملڪن ۾ سياسي ويجهڙايون پيدا ڪرڻ لاءِ مناسب ماحول مهيا ٿي سگهي. انهن سرگرمين ۾ خيالن، تصورن، فن، معلومات، روايتن، قدرن، زندگي گهارڻ جا طريقا، ويساهه ۽ ورتاءَ شامل هجن ٿا، جيڪي ٻن ڌرين لاءِ هڪٻئي کي بهتر انداز ۾ سمجهڻ ۾ مدد ڪن ٿا. عالمي سفارتڪاريءَ ۾ ڏٺو ويو آهي ته جن سفيرن کي ميزبان ملڪ جي ثقافت ۽ ٻوليءَ سان آشنائي هوندي آهي، سي مقامي سرڪاري ۽ عوامي حلقن سان ويجهڙايون پيدا ڪرڻ سبب پنهنجن ملڪي مفادن جو تحفظ وڌيڪ بهتر نموني ڪري سگهندا آهن. ان کان سواءِ دنيا جا ڪيترائي خطا/علائقا رڳو پنهنجي ٻوليائي ۽ ثقافتي سرگرمين جي ڪري به سياسي طور ويجهڙا هجن ٿا. عرب ملڪ،آفريقي ملڪ توڙي يورپي ملڪ ان سلسلي ۾ مثال طور پيش ڪري سگهجن ٿا
